Working with the Map
To zoom to a particular region
- Place the mouse cursor in one corner of the area to be zoomed.
- Press and hold the left mouse button while moving the mouse cursor to the opposite corner.
- Release the mouse button and the map should redraw based on the region selected.
To view flight details on a particular segment
- Click on the line representing the flight.
- The flight details dialog displays.
To access the maps popup menu
- Place the mouse cursor over the map.
- Click the right mouse button. The popup menu displays.
To hide or show various map features
- Click on the Map menu item at the top of the program window.
- Click on the Details menu item.
- Check or uncheck various map features you want displayed or hidden.

Back - Displays the previous map view. This option is disable if there are no previous views. Home - Shows the default view. Initially set to the United States. Set Home - Sets the current map view as the new default view. Zoom out - Moves the map view in. Zoom in - Moves the map view out. Zoom USA - Shows the continental United States. Zoom World - Shows the entire map. Create airport at cursor - Allows you to create a new airport at the current cursor location. |
