The Airports and Placemarks window gives you access to Route Browser's complete airports database and your custom locations (called placemarks). The database comes preconfigured with the latest U.S. airport and International records. However, you may need to enter information for airports outside the U.S. or airports that are no longer considered active by the F.A.A.
Working with Airports There are four different lists of airports and placemark locations. Select the list you want to view by using the Airport Database Drop down list box. My Airports - Is your personal list of airports. Any airports found in this list automatically override any airport entries any place else. U.S. Airports - The complete list of over 20,000 FAA airports. International Airports - A partial list of over 4,000 international locations. My Placemarks - A personalizable list of geographic locations you can display on your map. Columns
